Every event attendee needs to understand and accept our payment terms. Every event you wish to attend will come with transaction charges and the cost to participate in the event.

To confirm your booking, you have to pay us the total amount of money incurred to attend the annual meet you wish to attend. The charges will be specified in detail to give you a clear idea of the expenses incurred and the total amount charged.

You must note that anything not paid for during the booking will have to be paid additionally at the venue.

Once you book your seat to attend the conference, we will give you complete access to all the events you applied for and paid for. These will include your entry to conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and more.

If you have not selected or paid for a particular event, we will try and check availability at the venue and try to accommodate you. For such circumstances, additional costs might have to be paid.

We pledge to give complete clarity about the services we can offer and the complete charges that you will incur for the same. There are no additional costs or hidden costs that we will bring forth once you visit the event.

All scientific experts need to carry documents of proof to identify themselves and their designation. It ensures safety on our ends, which is crucial for such significant events. All attendees are requested to carry their identities that exhibit their nationality and expertise in science.
